Playa Los Cerritos is a beach neighborhood 8 miles south of Todos Santos (15 min by car) and 40 miles north of Cabo San Lucas, and is the best beach in the area for swimming, playing, and for consistent surf. The beach has a very welcoming vibe, with families playing in the water, people of all ages taking surf lessons, and folks enjoying tacos and margaritas at a couple waterfront restaurants. In the winter, humpback whale blows are seen continuously offshore and turtles lay eggs along the beaches. Nearby, Todos Santos is a charming, vibrant, artist village, with great restaurants, shops, galleries, and cultural events.
